Payment

**IMPORTANT** Please do not pay until you have been officially accepted into the program.

The cost of COA is $300, which can be paid all at once, or in two installments.  The deadlines are outlined below.  

            Payment Deadlines:
            June 15th- Minumum deposit is due ($150).
            July 15th- All fees must be paid in full.
            NOTE: $50 of the fees are non-refundable in the event             of a cancellation.

Currently Google Checkout is offering credit card processing for free, so this really is the easiest and most cost-effective way to have everyone pay for COA.

We are asking that everyone pay by credit card since it won't cost anyone any more than writing a check, and will make keeping track of payments very simple. If your community or outreach is picking up the bill for your fee, please go ahead and pay through this site and request reimbursement from your community/outreach.

If anyone really needs to pay by check because there is no other way that you can pay, please use the contact form to get in touch with a COA representative who will give you further instructions on how that will work.
